This Communications Policy describes how Coverly Inc., doing business as Coverly CRM ("Coverly," "Coverly CRM," "we," "us," or "our") may communicate with individuals who interact with our website, request information, create an account, purchase or use our services, or otherwise provide their contact information to us.
This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Depending on your relationship and interactions with Coverly, we may communicate with you through:
Communications may include transactional, administrative, customer-service, security, account, appointment, billing, informational, and, where permitted and appropriately consented to, marketing or promotional communications.
When you request information, schedule a demonstration or appointment, create an account, purchase or use our Services, submit a support request, or otherwise establish a business relationship with Coverly, we may contact you as reasonably necessary to respond to your request or administer that relationship.
These communications may concern:
Transactional or administrative communications are different from marketing communications and may continue when reasonably necessary to provide requested Services or administer an existing relationship, subject to applicable law.
Where required, Coverly will obtain appropriate consent before sending marketing or promotional communications.
If you expressly consent to marketing communications, Coverly may send information regarding:
Marketing communications may be delivered through email, telephone, SMS/MMS, or other communication methods for which appropriate permission has been obtained.
If you consent to receive SMS or MMS communications from Coverly:
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Your wireless carrier may charge fees associated with sending or receiving messages.
Coverly is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.
Message delivery is subject to carrier availability, network conditions, filtering, device settings, and other circumstances outside Coverly's control.
Coverly does not guarantee delivery of every message.
Where you affirmatively provide marketing consent, you authorize Coverly Inc. d/b/a Coverly CRM to contact you at the telephone number you provided for the purposes disclosed when consent was obtained.
Where disclosed and permitted by applicable law, communications may be made using automated technology, prerecorded messages, artificial or synthesized voice technology, artificial-intelligence-assisted technology, or similar communications systems.
Consent to receive marketing calls or text messages is not a condition of purchasing Coverly products or services.
The scope of your consent is determined by the disclosure presented when your consent is obtained.
You may revoke consent to receive marketing text messages.
You may reply:
STOP
to an applicable Coverly marketing text message to request that further marketing text messages to that number stop.
You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out request.
Where available, you may reply HELP for assistance.
Coverly will process applicable opt-out and revocation requests in accordance with applicable law and communications requirements.
You may also contact us using the information at the bottom of this Policy.
Marketing emails sent by Coverly will provide an unsubscribe mechanism where required.
You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the unsubscribe link contained in an applicable marketing message.
Unsubscribing from marketing email does not necessarily prevent Coverly from sending necessary transactional or administrative communications relating to an account, security matter, billing matter, purchase, requested Service, support request, or other ongoing business relationship.
Where applicable, you may revoke communications consent through the opt-out mechanism provided in the communication or through another reasonable method recognized by applicable law.
Revocation will be applied to the applicable communications and contact information.
Revoking marketing consent does not necessarily affect communications lawfully sent before the request was processed or non-marketing communications that Coverly is legally or contractually permitted to send.
When providing Coverly with a telephone number or email address, you represent that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide and use that contact information.
You should notify Coverly or update your account information if your telephone number or email address changes.
If a telephone number you previously provided is disconnected, transferred, or reassigned to another person, you should promptly remove or update that number.
Coverly may maintain records reasonably necessary to document communications consent, preferences, and revocations.
Depending on the method through which consent is obtained, records may include:
Such information may be maintained for legitimate business, compliance, security, dispute-resolution, and legal purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Coverly may use automation and artificial-intelligence technologies to assist with certain communications.
Depending upon the communication and applicable law, these technologies may assist with generating, routing, responding to, transcribing, summarizing, or delivering communications.
Where consent is legally required for a particular technology or type of communication, Coverly will seek the applicable consent.
Coverly may use third-party telecommunications, email, messaging, artificial-intelligence, infrastructure, and technology providers to facilitate communications.
These providers may process information as reasonably necessary to provide their services to Coverly.
Their involvement does not give unrelated third parties independent permission to market to you.
Coverly provides CRM and communications technology that businesses may use to communicate with their own customers, prospects, leads, and other contacts.
Those businesses are responsible for their own communications.
A Coverly customer using our platform is responsible for:
Coverly's provision of communications technology does not establish that a Coverly customer has permission to contact a particular individual.
Consent provided to a Coverly customer does not automatically constitute consent for Coverly itself to independently market to that individual.
If you receive a communication from another business that uses Coverly technology, that business generally determines why the communication was sent and is responsible for its relationship with you.
Questions or opt-out requests concerning those communications should ordinarily be directed to the business identified as the sender.
Coverly reserves the right to investigate misuse of its platform and to suspend or terminate customers that violate our policies, applicable law, or communications requirements.
Personal information associated with Coverly's communications is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Nothing in this Communications Policy expands the scope of a specific marketing consent beyond the disclosure presented to you when that consent was obtained.
We may update this Communications Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, practices, technology, or legal requirements.
The date at the top of this Policy identifies the most recent revision.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain additional consent before materially changing how existing consent is used.
